I was browsing my gallery one day and came across it again. I thought to myself, "Man, that was a while ago... I'm sure I've gotten a lot better since then right? Right?! RIGHT?!"
So, I decided to redo it. THIS time actually researching what Tidal Wave looks like. I drew inspiration from that Transformers PS2 game that was pretty decent but nobody seems to talk about anymore, you know, the one that had the mini-cons?
To quote my previous description, "Yeah... so whats bigger than a Gyarados, but smaller than a Wailord?
